A lot of people ask me what ‘vanshnookenraggen’ means. I like to think of it as a word without meaning but not in search of a meaning. At various points in time it has and will mean different things to me and to people who read the word. The reason I prefer this word to have no meaning is I like the idea of perpetual potential. I chose to use this word for my alternate identity because I feel it perfectly encapsulates who I am: strange at first glance but more interesting over time, ever changing, meaningless only for the sake of all possibilities. Only when it is my last day on earth when I can reflect on my life, when all possibilities have been exhausted, will I then have the right answer for the question, “What does it mean?”
